Ragi dosa is a good and healthy breakfast recipe. The good ness of ragi also known as finger millet is well known. This can be served with any chutney and is quite filling too. An ideal breakfast foe diabwtics and weight watchers too.
Ingredients
Ragi Flour/Finger millet flour 4 cups
Urad dal 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil 2 Tbsp

For Chutney
Tomatoes 3
Dry red chilli 2
Ginger a small piece
tamarind a small piece
salt to taste
curry leaves a few
oil 3 -4 tsp
mustard 1/4 tsp
urad dal 1/4 tsp
hing/asafoetida a pinch
