Lachha Paratha is a tasty twist of a paratha with mint stuffing. The Hariyali dal is a healthy version with plenty of greens .A tasty treat for lunch or dinner.
For Lachha paratha
Atta/wheat flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Carom seeds/ajwain/Omum 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Ghee 6 tsp
Dried mint /pudina leaves 2 tbsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp

For Hariyali dal
Tuvar Dal(pigeon pea lentils) 3/4 cup
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Ghee 2 Tsp
Ginger a small piece
garlic 4 cloves
Onion 1
Cloves 2
green chillies 2
Spring onions 1/2 cup
Methi/fenugreek leaves 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
Tomatoes 2
Salt to taste
